"I actually really like the overall style..."
I actually really like the overall style here. The designs are simple, cute, and the site is clean, so it’s easy to look around without getting annoyed. My main thing is that some of the pieces start to feel kind of samey after a while. Like, I kept seeing stuff that felt really similar, and then more stuff that felt similar again. Still, it’s a nice site and the clothes have a good look overall.

"Cute jewelry, but the gold faded faster than I expected"
I picked up a couple of pieces from Hey Harper, they looked really when they first arrived. The designs were cute, cute, and shipping was totally fine too.
After a few months though, I started noticing the gold color fading, especially on the rings. I wasn’t even wearing them every day, every day, so that was a little disappointing.
For the price, I really thought the plating would last longer. They’re not awful or anything, but I wouldn’t say I was super impressed either...

"Pretty close to the photos, but not quite"
I ordered a pair of earrings from Hey Harper, i’d say the photos were mostly on point. The shape and size matched what I expected, so when they showed up, there wasn’t any major surprise there.

That said, I personally thought the color looked a little less shiny in person, and the finish felt flatter than it did in the pictures. They’re still nice earrings, but I was expecting them to look just a bit closer to the product photos.

"Not really worth the price"
I ordered from Hey Harper because I thought the quality would feel a bit more premium for the price, but it didn’t really live up to that for me. The jewelry looks fine, just not special enough to justify what they charge, if that makes sense. I’ve bought cheaper pieces that felt just as good, maybe even better. I probably wouldn’t order again

"Felt a bit misled"
Everything did show up correctly and there weren’t any mix-ups, but I felt a little misled by how it was presented. I got what I ordered, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
Not great. It felt cheap right out of the box. Light, flimsy, just not solid. And then it broke way faster than I expected. Barely got much use out of it. Disappointing.

"Warranty worked out, just not as smoothly as I hoped"
I’ll give them credit, the warranty did come through in the end and I got the help I needed. It just took a few back-and-forth emails and felt slower than I expected. Not terrible or anything, and I guess it was fine overall, but I wouldn’t call it a super easy process

I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little torn about ordering from here, but the promo code I found actually worked at checkout. The price ended up being way better than what I normally pay, so I’m happy with the order overall...

"I really like how the pieces look..."
I really like how the pieces look, and I was excited to try them on, but the fit was kind of, well, just not what I expected. I ordered my usual size, and it ended up feeling a little tight in a few spots. It’s not awful or anything, I can still make it work, but I do wish the sizing guide had been a bit clearer before ordering.

"Pretty good stock overall"
Most of the things I wanted were in stock, though one size I had my eye on was sold out... a bit disappointing, but I still managed to find something nice to order. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Gentle on My Sensitive Skin"
I’ve been wearing this daily and I’m really happy that it hasn’t caused any rash or itching, which is a big deal for my sensitive skin. I do wish it felt just a little softer or more breathable after a long day, but overall it’s been comfortable and hasn’t irritated me at all.

I ordered from Hey Harper and overall the delivery was dependable. The tracking updated properly, and the package showed up around when they said it would, maybe a day later than I was hoping for, but nothing too frustrating. Everything was packed decently too. I’d order again, but I’d trust my instinct and choose something faster if I really needed it quickly...

"Still cute, but the shine has faded a bit lately"
I got a bracelet from Hey Harper mainly because it was supposed to be waterproof. At first I was really impressed, and I’ve worn it in the shower a few times with no green skin or weird discoloring. But lately, after having it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed it’s not quite as shiny as it was when it arrived. It’s not ruined or anything, and I still wear it because it’s cute, but the recent fading makes me feel a little less excited about it than I was at the beginning

"Clasp is a little hit or miss"
I like it overall, but the clasp has already popped open twice on me (which is a little annoying). I’m still using it, just being extra careful now (not exactly ideal)

My order showed up fine and the jewelry is really cute. I did end up having to pay customs/duties, which was kind of annoying because I wish that had been clearer before I ordered. But like I said, the pieces are cute, and like I said, everything arrived okay, so I’m still keeping it.

My checkout experience was mostly fine, though my cart froze at one point and I had to reload the page. After that, the payment went through without any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. So overall it worked, but the little glitch made it more annoying than it needed to be.

"Shipping took a while, and the reminders were a bit much"
My order did eventually arrive overseas, but international shipping was definitely slower than I expected. I can live with that, but the constant reminders and follow-ups felt a little aggressive after a while. Overall, it was okay once it showed up, just not the smoothest experience.

"Really easy to use"
I just had a really good feeling using the heyharper site. Everything was quick and simple, and I didn’t have to overthink where to go or what to click. I found what I was looking for easily, checkout felt smooth, and the photos and info looked good on my phone. Nothing felt annoying or confusing, which I really appreciated. Just a solid, easy experience overall.

I got this bracelet for my sister and she really liked it. She wears it all the time, so I’d say it was a good buy.
